This is a full time position working 37.5 hours a week over 5 days between Monday and Saturday with an agreed day off in the week. Working hours will be 9.00-5.30 with an hour lunch break.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a professional manner
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional branch environment with a supportive team. Experience is preferred but you will be provided with the relevant training for this position.
