**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with our team and clients to develop furniture proposals, advising clients based on their requirements and budgets
- Send pricing requests to suppliers
- Prepare bids for small and medium sized projects
- Oversee the design and sign off process
- Manage the procurement of furniture and materials
- Track and record project information
- Quality check supplier deliveries
- Quality check furniture prior to dispatch
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics
- Identify project risks and action mitigations
- Develop an extensive knowledge of the supply chain, understanding the products and capabilities of each supplier
- Continually review and enhance the supply chain, including attending trade shows and factory visits overseas
- Attend pre-start meetings, both internal and external
