**Could you be the Care Coordinator in **we’re looking for?**:
Like everyone in the Radfield team, our amazing Care Coordinators are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people.

Working as part of a team you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our care service in Wakefield and Huddersfield. From managing care needs with clients and their families to supporting a team of care professionals, from setting and managing rotas to keeping essential records up-to-date no two days are ever the same.

You’re someone who loves working with people, organisation and getting things done, in an environment that’s busy and fluid. You’ll need to have some previous experience providing personal care and working for a home care agency. You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

It’s a great opportunity to join our Radfield Home Care team in Wakefield and Huddersfield and develop a career in care management.

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as care supervisor, care workers, care assistants, senior care assistants and field care supervisors.
