To support growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Recruitment
lead to join our award winning team in Wakefield.

**Could you be the Recruitment & Training Manager in **we’re looking for?**:
Like everyone in the Radfield team, our amazing recruitment leads are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. The kind of people who love to help others get the most out of life.

You’ll be taking responsibility for leading and managing all aspects of the
Internal Recruitment and Retention process and will work closely with the operational
management team to ensure that there is a high quality talent pipeline to assist the
Wakefield office to meet growth targets.

The recruitment lead will also:

- Create and post innovative job adverts via our ATS system, external jobs

boards and across social media
- Work with the operational management team to identify forthcoming

recruitment requirements
- Engage with the local community and participate in local networking activities

to drive recruitment
- Develop and implement retention activities to demonstrate appreciation of our

team of care professionals on a regular basis
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand local market competition and

sector challenges and opportunities
- Ensure legislation and best practise is adhered to throughout the recruitment

process
- Manage all administration of the recruitment and onboarding process

including: Right to work checks, obtaining references, arranging and

conducting interviews and coordinating training
- Build strong relationships with, mentor and support new care professionals

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous experience in roles such as recruitment administrator, care resourcer, recruitment coordinator, and recruitment consultant.

communication skills, good attention to detail, the ability to operate a number of IT
systems, social media skills and used to working towards targets
