**Role purpose**

As a passionate affiliate marketing specialist, you will be responsible for the affiliate management strategies and processes for multiple clients across a variety of verticals and sectors for a portfolio of clients. You will personally deliver exceptional affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns, along with overseeing the work produced by others.

**Main responsibilities**

Client management
- Be responsible for providing outstanding client service and management of affiliate channels.
- Manage the affiliate marketing strategy and delivery for multiple clients across a variety of verticals and sectors for a portfolio of clients.
- Budget management and planning of campaigns based on client ROI and previous analysis.
- Booking exposure tenancies, finding the most profitable placement opportunities, signing IO’s on client’s behalf and liaising with Finance to process invoices.
- Deliver Monthly, Weekly performance reports and analysis. Present QBRs and Affiliate Audit.
- Produce forecast for affiliate channel per client based on the data provided analysing the trends and matching client’s KPIs.
- Work with the Affiliates Lead to spot and develop opportunities for business growth through affiliate marketing for our clients.
- Project-manage and deliver end-to-end affiliate marketing campaigns for multiple clients and sectors
- Monitor project performance, timelines and budgets and report on these regularly to the account director and the client
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients so that they trust and value your opinions
- Liaise with clients regularly (responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, managing milestones and approvals)
- Oversee delivery of affiliate marketing work to ensure it is delivered to the highest possible standard and meets client objectives.

Affiliate marketing management
- Ownership and liaising on delivery of banner uploads, datafeed troubleshooting, tracking issues.
- Liaise with the client on Newsletter creation and sent via affiliate networks.
- Perform publisher audits and manage affiliate approvals.
- Process validations, transaction enquiries and any other transactional data.
- Develop online affiliate strategy for clients, maximising program reach and conversions
- Manage multiple client accounts, including product selection, implementation and ongoing optimisation
- Ensure campaign tracking is at all times correctly deployed and up-to-date
- Deliver accurate pipeline and invoicing information
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting of results to clients
- Develop a close working relationship with affiliates and affiliate networks on the UK market
- Support in the day-to-day running of affiliate campaigns across a range of clients and verticals
- Manage, train and mentor the Junior Exec peer and work in tandem to delegate tasks.

**Skills required**

Essential
- One or more years of affiliate marketing experience (brand side, affiliate side, agency side or network side)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build wide ranging partnerships
- Being a great team player and able to support peers with tasks.
- Great sense of urgency and meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when inputting the data and preparing analysis.
- Portfolio of affiliate marketing campaigns that show a demonstrable ROI for clients
- Good understanding of client’s KPIs, targets, and vertical trends.
- Advanced negotiation skills to identify and book in best tenancy exposure for clients.
- Understand of various performance marketing business models, i.e. CPA, CPC, CPM, CPL, ePHC,
- Good knowledge of all ecommerce platforms and their reporting metrics such as CR, CTR, ROI, AOV Revenue.
