Our client that is the leader within their field and are looking for individuals with **Administration **experience who will provide support to customers, stakeholders and the management team which play’s a crucial role throughout the customer journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily monitoring various reports to ensure that standards are met.
- Processing payments and ensuring that they are processed within set timescales.
- Answering payment Queries
- Creating purchase orders.
- Producing daily/weekly reports.
- Cross checking documentation.
- Various other administration duties.
- Using Microsoft packages daily.
