**The Role**:
As a Billing Specialist - Accounts Receivable with us, you'll play a pivotal role being responsible for ensuring accurate invoices are issued promptly to insurance companies and patients. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow in your career.

**What You'll Do**:

- Ensure that invoices are issued accurately and on a timely basis to insurance companies and patients.
- Accurately log queries on the central finance communications log.
- Liaise closely with the administration staff at Centre and with others in the finance team.
- Follow finance protocols, policies and procedures and operate in full compliance to guidelines
- Liaise with the Commercial Officer to ensure that invoices are issued in line with insurance company contracts and other arrangements.
- Ensure all revenue is captured accurately by performing appropriate checks and reviews of both the financial and clinical systems
- Provide support to the Billing Supervisor as required.
- Carry out any other duties appropriate for a post of this nature

- Previous experience of working within a finance department
- Strong communication skills

**Qualifications and Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of an Accounts Receivable function
- Understanding of customer care
- GCSE and or A Level qualifications
- Able to use Microsoft office suite

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
