- Job Description:

- Assist the Senior Scheduling Controller using the software FLS ensuring its optimum delivery for the field services team.
- Assist the Project Controller with the delivery of all projects ensuring key works information and scheduling is communicated through to the field services and engineering team.
- Input information onto the Job Database that is accurate, detailed and complete to allow monthly schedules to be created and updated. Where necessary send information onto Field Staff detailing site specific information.
- Assisting with central admin tasks for the Field Services team relating to field teams.
- Liaise with laboratories providing routine chain of custodies and purchase orders that are accurate and in line with client requirements allowing field staff to receive correct sampling media in timely manner.
- Liaise with laboratories on sample logistics prior to and following the collection of samples by the field staff ensuring courier bookings are timely and efficient.
- Troubleshoot and report information through to the Scheduling and Project Controllers offering ideas and mitigation on resourcing shortfalls, pinch points and availability.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of effective and professional communication skills
- Understanding and knowledge of field service activities.
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Understanding of cost control processes, ordering and logistics
- Have comprehensive knowledge of the activities undertaken by the Schedule and Project Controllers to ensure cover during absence.
- Assist the Equipment Controller in utilising all project related equipment and stock improving Enitial’s operational efficacy and quality of service to clients
