Key Responsibilities
- Being proactive in communicating with customers to keep them informed of the progress of their queries
- Ability to deal with complex customer queries and complaints
- Providing cover when necessary to maintain processes, such as auto leavers, home working assessment and references
- Taking ownership of your own development and ensuring that your knowledge is up-to-date with current legislations

Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with complex queries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry developments
- Proven 5+ years’ experience in a customer service role/ call centre role

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
