**Full time, Permanent**

**Salary depending on experience**:£24,000 - £25,000 per Annum.

**Working hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri, between the hours of 8am to 5pm (8-4.30 and 8.30-5). With a 1-hour break per day.

**Hybrid working -** 2 days home and 3 days in the office ** Please note - **All new staff must be able to work full time in the office at the start, whilst training.*

We are currently looking for a **Price and Estimating Administrator **to join a well-established British Retail Manufacturing business who provides high quality products, fittings, and accessories across the globe.

They offer a fantastic friendly office setting and invest a lot in the training and development of their teams. Training is continuous in an ever-changing environment.

**The role and responsibilities.**

This role would play a vital and crucial part in the maintaining and developing sale of products within this industry.

Working within the Retail Contracts/Specifications Customer Service department. The main purpose of the role includes the maintenance of contact registration and quotation processes administration to meet customer needs. Administration of claim-back pricing, retail special net price agreements, discount structures, and invoice queries. This entails maintaining a good understanding of Retail and Contracts sales processes, of the functionality available within the ERP system, and of the product portfolio.

**Main duties include.**
- Pricing confirmation communication (discounts, campaigns, quotes, claim-backs)
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained on all open quotations, campaigns, and projects.
- Preparing quotation documents using various formats including system quotes
- PowerPoint presentations for the Retail, Specification and Export Market (PODs only)

**Other role responsibilities include,**
- Keep track of outstanding projects and to keep customers updated at all times.
- A strong understanding of product ranges/portfolio.
- Have an awareness of external factors that can have an impact on our products, such as building regulations and legal legislation to ensure that the appropriate products are used in the correct locations (WRAS approval and category levels for water).
- Invoice query analysis relating to price related queries, drilling down, and finding the root-cause to enable the department to ensure measures are put in place to get it ‘right 1st time’.
- Support to external Sales Managers and key accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and feedback on potential challenges and root cause analysis.
- Follow company processes and keep up to date with our Terms & Conditions and our Customers’ Contract Agreements.
- Complaint management.
- Adhere to department SLAs.
- Any other tasks or projects as requested by your Manager.

**Ideal Skills, Attributes and Experience,**

Having the ability to work positively with Sales Managers to ensure processes are effective and adhered to, and ensuring the teams are working cohesively and “smart”. Driving a ‘Right 1st time’ attitude across all Divisions with-in the Customer Support and External Sales teams, and to promote service excellence across the customer Service Department.

A positive customer service approach is essential, you will problem solve whilst working with a strong sense of urgency and a high degree of accuracy. This role requires a proactive, professional, and confident person who uses their own initiative with strong initiative and the ability to multi-task. This individual must possess excellent communication skills to ensure strong working relationships with internal and external customers alike.

**Package offered**:
