**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with QHSE related aspects as instructed by QHSE Manager
- Assisting in developing of QHSE Policies and procedures
- Implementing the Company’s training plan
- Quality management administration
- Maintaining accident / incident spreadsheets and forms
- Ensuring staff training records are kept up to date and in line with legislation
- Assisting in document control
- Supporting the assessment, monitoring, measuring and recommendations associated with QHSE improvement initiatives
- Preparing QHSE related information
- Assisting in regular monitoring of the Company’s QHSE management system performance
- Preparing and distributing monthly, quarterly, and annual QHSE statistical performance reports
- Participating and assisting with planned meetings and preparation of meeting minutes
- Assisting with QHSE tasks for approval of suppliers/subcontractors
- Promoting a positive quality, healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly culture throughout the Company.

**Environment and Working Hours**
- The office is an open plan environment
- Company core office hours are 8.30 am until 5.00 pm (4:30pm on Fridays)

**Person Requirements**:

- NEBOSH/IOSHH Qualified
- Degree in Health & Safety (preferable)
- Experience in a Health and Safety/Compliance role with a background in construction
- Internal ISO Auditor (preferable)
- Self-Motivated
- Excellent Communicator
- NRSWA qualified
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Competent
- UK Driving License.
