CRM Assistant
About the Role
The CRM Assistant will be integral in evaluating the performance of the campaigns through SAP Marketing Cloud to identify trends and opportunities for future planning, with a focus on maximising customer engagement through relevance of messaging. You will provide vital technical and operational support to the CRM team in relation to campaign deployment and all associated campaign processes, ensuring campaigns are output on the correct date/time any production issues are resolved.
About You
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change which requires multi-tasking and excellent attention to detail. You will be a great communicator, who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing to all levels of colleagues and management. You are a detail-orientated person that is able to make data-led decisions, with the ability to assess a situation seeking multiple perspectives.
You will also:
- Be proficient in IT and confidently use Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Powerpoint)
- Be familiar with CRM databases
