**Role Profile**
- This is a new role reporting into the Rehousing and Planning Manager within our Development and Sales Division, which forms part of our wider as Communities team. You will be focused on leading on the delivery of the rehousing and planning service to support the effective management of temporary rehousing, supporting our residents at Walthamstow Stadium.You will be responsible for providing direct re-housing services to the residents onsite and the existing services carried out by the existing Resident Liaison Officers. You will manage a caseload of households on a phase-by-phase basis to support them moving during their current and permanent home. You will manage relationships with third parties including removal companies and utility providers and have a focus on managing risks associated with temporary re-housing. You will be the first point of contact for residents regards their housing and will be a key liaison between our construction operatives, re-housing services and wider teams within the business.

The roles will be required to work out of hours at peak times, to support removals and vulnerable residents. You will be required to work interchangeably with the existing Resident Liaison Officers ensuring there is an onsite L&Q presence.
- You will be able to problem solve, understand the risks involved with rehousing programmes, solutions and be able to track and communicate progress. You will have a background in either customer services, lettings or rehousing. You will have an understanding or direct experience in of relevant legislation, regulation, and statutory guidance in relation to tenants and leaseholders undergoing rehousing,- Your ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders will enable you to make the best use of L&Q resources and support the wider group strategy.**Essential skills & Knowledge**
- Practical** **delivery of rehousing services including supporting residents with rehousing, removals, licences, leases and tenancies
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to source and present innovative solutions
- Knowledge and experience of relevant legislation impacting rehousing
