**About The Service**
Working in the Building Improvement Finance and Compliance Team, carrying out administrative processes to support the delivery of repairs and improvements to Council properties. To record data accurately on a variety of systems to ensure health and safety compliance across the housing stock.

**About the job**
Handle enquiries to the BIU Finance and Compliance Team.

Provide administrative support to the Planned Maintenance Team, Compliance Team and Asset Management Teams.

Carrying out administrative duties to ensure information kept on work in council properties is accurate and provides a clear record of all activities that took place.

Contribute to the business development of the service.

Assist wider teams as and when required to ensure business continuity.

To be flexible and to work well with a team.

To be reliable.

To have experience working with Microsoft e.g. Word, Excel etc.
