Spartan Equipment Sales Limited have built their business in and around the busy town of Barry, South Wales by providing general plant hire attachments to a loyal customer base which has been built by delivering excellent service and quality.
Due to our continued and nationwide growth we are looking for an Administrator to join our hire desk team in Barry, we are a friendly company that values your contribution.
On a day to day basis, you’ll work on the hire desk learning how to build good working relationships with our customers. You will also gain in-depth product knowledge which you will use to translate your customers’ requirements into the rental products and services that meet their needs, whilst also maximizing sales opportunities.
You will also learn how to manage the hire contract administration and ensure that this is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Role:
- On hire process. Including back to back purchase orders for X-hire & Operators
- Off hire process.
- Operated timesheets & invoices.
- Exchange process.
- Depot Transfers.
- Lost hire reporting.
- Fuel log.
- Pre-invoice run checks.
- Availability report.
- Off hire not confirmed report.
- X-Hire report.
- Scan to PDF.
- Filing of Documentation.
Previous experience in hire desk sales would be advantageous but not required as training will be given.
**Salary**: £8.40-£12.01 per hour
