An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to work within the Real Estate team in our Guiseley office.

**Position**: Conveyancing Assistant, Residential Conveyancing Department

**Location**: Guiseley

**Responsible to**: Team Leader

**Hours**: 3 days a week (not Wednesday)

**Salary**: £Negotiable, dependent on experience

**What are we looking for?**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to work within the Real Estate team in our Guiseley office. Hybrid working is not available with this role.

The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and prioritise a busy workload. Good communication skills are essential. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable but not essential.
