**Duties include (but not limited to)**:

- Allocating the right carer to the right client at the right times.
- Maintain excellent communication between the workforce and management.
- Liaising with a variety of healthcare professionals.
- Supporting Health Care Assistants to do their job to the best of their ability.
- Contribute to staff development and identify any training needs of Health Care Assistants.
- Taking part in on call rota.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Sefton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
