Burgess Manor

We are looking for an Activity Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. This position for 20 hours per week with some weekend work included.

Burgess Manor Care Home provides a stimulating, specialist environment for residents living with varying levels of dementia and general nursing requirements. We also provide a stimulating, specialist environment for younger adults with mental health diagnosis.

You will be a kind, warm and compassionate with a keen interest in dementia and caring for the elderly. You will be a creative person who can provide stimulating activities within the home for individuals and you will have the ability and experience of planning activities and trips out.

About You

You will have the commitment and passion to deliver the highest standard of care. Previous experience in a care home role is desirable but not essential. Your kind-hearted approach will shine through, you will have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Above all else, you will have the drive to make a difference to a persons life.
