**Role Purpose**

To assist the HR Director to provide administrative support with other HR issues as required.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Liaising with Hiring Managers / Directors to establish vacancy requirements
- Using a variety of avenues and recruitment methods to find and recruit personnel as required
- Finding and Recruiting Contract for Services based personnel to meet the resource requirements of current and future Bridgeway work
- Carry out administrative duties as required by the HR Director
- To ensure that all induction procedures are followed and administered in accordance with the Company requirements
- Responsible for the administration of the Not Used staff list and to ensure that personnel records are updated
- Undertake other duties in accordance with the requirements of the company as instructed by the HR Director or Directors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
