We’re on the search for an experienced Administrator to join a fast-expanding property management company based in Nottingham. This role is well suited to an individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer queries around insurance and finance
- Send letters to customers and staff
- Answer incoming calls and diverting to the correct department
- Provide administrative support to other departments in the business
- Process card payments for customers and clients.

**Skills & Experience**
- Good administration experience previously
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
