Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and issuing payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year
