We believe that our services should focus on achieving the aspirations of every individual we support and be tailored to meet their needs and unique circumstances. Personalising care and support help to build confidence and improve independence. We offer a range of services and activities to support women and children, including a 24/7 helpline, safe accommodation, support for those living in the local community, advocacy and advice, specialist programmes, counselling and therapy, and children’s services.

The post holder will also work with suppliers to answer any more complex user queries.

There is a lot of work involved with supporting internal processes to ensure users have the easiest and most efficient way of handling data for their requirements. The role holder will champion ideas for better integrations using more technical opportunities such as API’s and apps. They will often be part of critical project teams helping with requirement capture and solution design.

- Obtain support from our system providers on behalf of users as necessary
- Management and allocation of licences and agreeing permissions for systems used
