**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining Budget for the office.
- Collecting Invoices and transferring to finance department.
- Maintaining office stationery and supplies.
- Keeping Petty Cash accounts.
- Updating contracts: Lease, Copier, O2.
- Raising PO’s and ensuring the payments are made for the UK office.
- Maintaining attendance records.
- Updating BUPA information
- Maintaining MEUK Insurance policies.
- Updating Travel Expenses.
- Incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail
- Liaise with the LDT centre reception.
- General office 5s and cleaning.
- Annual PAT testing.
- CoS - Certificate of Sponsorship Responsible for tracking and monitoring employees with a company visa.
- Mediate with Malta HR: Claudine Micallef, Maria Fernanda Calatrava Rojas.
- Travel Planning

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
