We are seeking a part-time Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team at Stiltz Head Office. As our Payroll Officer you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial well-being of our valued team members.

**About the Role**

As our Payroll Officer, you'll ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing for our valued team members, including:

- Serving as a bridge between our Finance and HR team. You'll collaborate closely with both teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and maintain a positive employee experience.
- Compiling all factors impacting employee pay. Liaising with our HR team, to ensure any changes in pay rates or employment terms are correctly interpreted and paid.
- Working closely with our management team to ensure any variable changes to pay, ie overtime, commission, allowances etc are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Checking payslips.
- Develop efficient processes for compiling payroll information.
- Maintain data to be able to provide numbers for end of year P11D’s.
- Liaising with our external payroll bureau. You'll maintain open communication with our external payroll partners, ensuring that all processes are aligned and running smoothly.
- Deal with any pension contribution changes and manage our pension scheme portal.

**About You**

You’ll be a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for accuracy and numbers. You will be able to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong understanding of current payroll legislation.
- Good working knowledge and proficiency with Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work to deadlines and deliver on time.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to be flexible yet have a disciplined approach.
- Inquisitive mind with a logical approach to problem solving.
