**Full-time role (37.5 hrs a week)**
- Full time team members work 37.5 hours per week, and with hybrid working those hours can be done any time between 7am - 7pm. Core working hours are 10am - 3pm. For this role we would need a minimum of 2 days per week in our London office, in line with our _hybrid working framework._

This role is based in the Insight & Analysis Unit, in the Health Foundation’s Innovation and Improvement Directorate. We are responsible for undertaking research and analysis on a broad range of topics, and synthesising and sharing learning from a range of sources to influence policy, practice and public debate. Our current work areas include healthcare technology, data, management, workforce and service transformation.

The Improvement Fellow will be responsible for developing and delivering in-house research projects and analysis on health care innovation - in particular data, tech and AI - and then working with our Communications team to disseminate the findings externally, including to influence senior stakeholders in the NHS and government. The Improvement Fellow will also be involved in supporting our reactive communications work, responding to external policy developments and consultations.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with specialist knowledge of healthcare innovation - in particular data, tech and AI - and improvement, and a track record of producing high-quality research and analysis, to influence policy and support improvements in care.
