Lark View Care Home is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead. (RGN/RMN)

Our brand-new, luxury 64-bed care facility is on the outskirts of Canterbury, Kent, offering high-quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care.

As Clinical Lead, your role will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service, helping to lead our team with passion and commitment, forming strong relationships with residents, their relatives, and multi-disciplinary teams.

**Clinical Lead Contract**

- £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

- Pension

- 5.6 weeks annual leave

- Uniform provided

- DBS

- Onsite parking

**Clinical Lead Qualifications & Experience**

- Qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN)

- Experienced working with the elderly.

- Able to lead and manage a team.

- Support staff with further training and support.
