We have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Advisor** to join the Customer Service team based at our main office in Linwood. This is a full-time, permanent position covering 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deal with all customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Demonstrate excellent customer service to customers over the phone and in writing
- Resolve customer queries to customer’s satisfaction
- Update all relevant systems with accurate information, including supplier portals
- Liaise with other areas of the business as and when required
- Keep customers updated with the status of their request
- Run customer/business reports as and when required
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and share workloads
- Cleanse customer records to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

This is not an exhaustive list. You may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by the business that you are qualified/trained in that meet the requirements of this role

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Computer literacy with a sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages is essential.
- Previous experience of working in a Transport or Customer Service department is essential.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Earn up to £26,500 per annum
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8am
- 5pm
- 26 days and 4 statutory days holiday
- Holidays increase with length of service
