Graduate Business Development Executive

BMS Progress is hiring a Graduate who will play a key role in the success of our apprenticeship and training proposition.
You will be proactively targeting large corporate employers to propose and present our training solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and winning new clients through outreach and incoming enquiries. You will then retain and manage your clients.
We are in based in Warrington, Cheshire and the role will be office based three days a week, two from home.
**The Role - Business Development Executive**
- Be passionate about people, business, and sales.
- Research, acquire and manage new clients.
- Have strong communication skills to open conversations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Be confident to present solutions in virtual, 1-2-1 and group meetings.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, BDM, and Management Team.
- Have a determination to success and progress
- A good business awareness and a university degree
**Benefits of the role**
- Flexible salary circa £23-25K per annum
