Digital Marketing Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative, digital marketer to join a fast-growing organisation as a Digital Marketing Manager.
The scope of the role is broad and to some extent at the discretion of the individual. E-mail campaigns (managed through salesforce marketing automation), on-line paid advertising, content management, CRO, Web Design CMS design and implementation & SEO wouldall fall under your responsibility alongside the marketing team and external marketing agencies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to be a key member of the team.
**Role and responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Senior Management to understand and influence paid advertising roadmap.
- Manage agency relationships for Web Design, CMS, CRO, PPC and SEO, with a view to taking these in house and managing them within a team.
- Assist in the migration of an in-house CMS to a 3rd party CMS (WordPress).
- Analyse traffic metrics and execute solutions to boost ad spend and campaign profitability
- Work with our data analysts to optimise paid marketing channels through marketing spend/targeting, product discounts, customer segmentation and targeting.
- Create and execute including design of display, retargeted and audience-based advertising.
**Skills and experience required**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years’ experience working with search paid advertising channels such as Google and Bing Ads
- Comfortable in a high pressure, high pace environment and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proven work experience in Paid Digital marketing
- Creativity skills required to create display ads and build partnership pages (white label mainly)
- A good understanding of Google Analytics, and other analytical marketing tools such as SEMrush
- Good level experience of excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Good data skills - the ability to understand and interpret data in order to optimise paid advertising campaigns.
