**Responsibilities**:

- To lead training for new technologies for internal and external stakeholders
- To provide support to the Internal Training Lead for the Universius training.
- To provide experience, guidance and advice when delivering training on the Universius training programme and act as a coach and assessor for the Universius certification process.
- To act as a mentor for new and existing team members providing guidance, advice, feedback, and support to the mentee depending on the specific goals and objectives negotiated with the mentee.
- Report on business-as-usual activities to the Professional Education Manager (Training Delivery).

**About you**:
**Knowledge and Skills**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have/be:

- Demonstrate teamwork, project, and management skills
- Deliver an education and training strategy in line with company objectives and as directed
- Deliver innovative training and education programmes to meet the demands of new Versius technologies
- Deliver projects with effective and measurable outcomes
- Contribute to a team environment and represent the team regarding issues raised
- Show commitment to continuous Professional Development, whether this be Company led of Self-directed

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience of being involved in education training, training deliver and curriculum development
- The ability to support projects for new and existing technologies
- Ability to research, gather, digest, and summarise technical matter (both clinical and technical)
- Relevant experience working either as an industry representative or healthcare professional in an operating room environment
- Knowledge of surgical environment, terminology, common surgical procedures, ideally mínimally invasive procedures
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and trends
- The ability to build relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
- Fluent in English (or native language equivalent) and an additional European language(s) is desirable
- Comfortable working with highly technical material, and strong ability to present the complex in clear, simple terms
- Appreciation of best clinical practice and the challenges of working in surgery
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills including a clear and concise writing and presentation style, particularly when describing technical content
