**Veterinary Receptionist - Colchester clinic (9 month fixed-term contract)**

With 60 plus dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals, we are committed to delivering compassionate care when pets need it most.

**Role Overview**
- Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services
- Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions
- Provide updates
- Relay information to the veterinary team about patients en route to the clinic or clients in need of assistance
- Handle administration duties
- Perform administrative tasks accurately

**Working pattern**
- **Week 1: Wednesday: 18:30-23:30**:

- **Week 2: Wednesday and Friday: 18:30-23:30; Sunday: 17:00-23:00**:

- **Week 3: Wednesday and Thursday: 18:30-23:30; Sunday: 08:00-17:00**:

- **Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 18:30-23:30**

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
