Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Equine Veterinary Receptionist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent service to clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients and clinical staff to provide exceptional customer care.
  • Meet and greet clients and pets, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Book appointments and manage the diary, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Take payment for services and products, maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage cash and end-of-day banking, maintaining security and integrity.
Working Hours

The successful candidate will work Monday 8 am – 6:30 pm, Wednesday 1 pm – 6:30 pm, Thursday 8 am – 6:30 pm, and Friday 8 am – 6:30 pm, with every other Saturday morning 8:30 am – 12:30 pm. A half-hour unpaid lunch break is provided on full days. Opportunities for overtime are available.
