**Recruitment Business Partner - London (Hybrid) FTC**
In this role you will be responsible for leading all recruitment activity across our Residential & Rural business lines for Strutt & Parker - ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience for both our colleagues and our applicants. Please note this is a fixed term contract role and would require two days travel into our Head Office in London.
**Key deliverables**
- Manage designated vacancies and ensure delivery
- Retain responsibility for overcoming recruitment challenges and providing pro active recruitment solutions to ensure outstanding delivery
- Ensure roles are filled with the right talent in a timely fashion keeps cost per hire down
- Conduct screening calls and carry out first stage interviews
- Ensure the effective coordination of the recruitment process
- Keeps up to date with employment legislation
- Build key stakeholder relations within the business line and within HR including the HR Business Partners and HR Hub
**About you**:
- Proactive in building relationships with internal clients and responsive / helpful to external clients
- Functional or specialist competence with relevant understanding of business/ departmental context
- Completes own work under mínimal supervision/guidance
- Can deal with novel or difficult situations within context of own** **function or specialism
- Manages, co-ordinates, implements and develops a range of important activities, processes, functions or relationships
- Makes some decisions within field of expertise
- Is conscious of process and takes steps to protect interests of Strutt & Parker / BNP Paribas Real Estate
- Contribute to Strutt & Parker / BNP Paribas Real Estate projects
**Essential experience**
- Demonstrable record of Resourcing experience
- Professional services industry and/or multi-site background, an advantage
- PC literate, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and ATS systems
