Responsibilities as the HR Advisor will include:

- First point of contact for all L&D and Apprenticeship queries
- Assisting the Head of HR in designing and implementing the L&D strategy for the business.
- Develop and co-ordinate L&D initiatives within the business
- Support managers to identify training requirements that are aligned with business objectives
- Research and reporting on available funding for training
- Design and create training plans for the various business functions
- Day to day admin for all L&D, HR and Apprenticeship activities
- Support and provide advice to management on ER issues in accordance with best practice
- CIPD Level 3 minimum
- Knowledge of the Apprenticeship Levy would be an advantage
- Driving licence with flexibility to travel to other sites
- Passion for developing people
- Experience as a HR Generalist or Advisor, and delivering L&D in previous roles is a must
- Strong creative problem-solving capabilities and commercial awareness

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
