As a Digital Assistant, you will need to be organised, professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and well presented. This is a varied role in a busy Sales Team and involves building and maintaining customer relationships by delivering an exceptional level of customer service
**Duties in dealership may vary but will typically include**:
- Maintain forecourt presentation in accordance to VAG standards ensuring price boards and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure all vehicles are suitably advertised digitally across all relevant platforms including pictures, a video, a detailed descriptions and USP attention grabber
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth process.
- Ensure paperwork is completed in a timely manner
- Maintain iStore while liaising with the relevant departments
- Assist in advertising trade vehicles on Dealer Auction
- Weekly used vehicle checks for cleanliness/fuel levels/dashboard lights etc.
- Weekly check of all demo vehicles
- Assist in test driving customers
