Property Sales Administrator

Knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.
Software skills:
- Microsoft - outlook, word, excel
- Reapit (in-house platform - training provided)
This is a customer facing role and we place a high emphasis on personal presentation and customer service experience. Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to take time to understand the client’s needs and support vendors through the whole process.
Typical Tasks:
- Booking appointments for viewings and appraisals
- Listening to applicants’ requirements and matching them to properties
- Creation of property marketing - brochures, window cards etc
- Assisting with sales progression
- Producing marketing reports and general correspondence
- Collation of property information and reports (prep)
- General housekeeping in office
- Assisting with events
Experience in marketing / social media would be an advantage but is not essential.
Length of Assignment: Perm Role
Hours of work/Overtime: Full time - Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm 1 hr for lunch
