Digital Implementation Analyst

We are looking for a Digital Implementation Analyst, with a passion for cultivating excellence who is interested in financial markets to join our dynamic Marketing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Implementation Analyst with a great workethos to join a fast-paced environment and be a key driver of CMC’s conversion and retention efforts.
Working with colleagues in the digital, product and technology teams, this enablement role provides critical support for the Global Marketing team to deliver robust, tested and optimised implementations of CMC’s core digital measurement toolset. The coretoolset allows the digital team and associated business units to understand, report and act on customer insights from digital data, allowing us to obtain a comprehensive view of performance across our global digital experiences.
Key Skills and Experience
- At least 2-5 years of experience using Google’s Marketing Suite, with expertise in the following: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, GA4, Mobile App tracking (Adjust/Firebase/AppsFlyer)
- Cross domain and iFrame tracking
- Experience implementing the dataLayer for GA/GTM
- Good exposure to web development technologies e.g. HTML, JavaScript, previous web development experience is highly desirable
- Web/App debugging using the developer’s console or other testing platform like Browser Stack
- Experience with defining attribution models for high-transactional and complex client journey
- A team-oriented mind-set and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- A passion for learning and testing new marketing best practices
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with mParticle would be advantageous but not required
- Experience setting up conversion and site tags for Google Ads / CM360 and other ad networks
- Experience working with cookies in terms of analytics tracking and in a context of GDPR compliance
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Big Query
