- Responsibilities:_

As a Client Co-Ordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation looking after one of large contracts, including diary scheduling and diary management and contributing to the overall success of our business. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Duties**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule and coordinate service & small work appointments for engineers
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Maintain client & account relationship
- Respond and react within agreed service level agreements

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience using CRM systems beneficial
