**Motor - File Handler/Paralegal - Greater Manchester - Up to £35,000 salary - REF 538701TLB**

**The Role**

This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.

The firm is recognised internationally for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Motor Team it is now seeking to appoint an experienced File Handler/Paralegal to work alongside its existing Team dealing with their own caseload of litigated delegated and non-delegated motor fast track files.
- 1 years’ experience as an RTA File Handler
- Sound knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules and Court procedures
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- The ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically is key together with proficient IT skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
