**What will you do as a Software Implementation Consultant?**:
You'll be responsible for end-to-end implementation projects focused on the integration of customer ERPs (such as Oracle, SAP, and Sage) with a powerful, SaaS document automation platform.
From conducting customer assessments and scoping out requirements to configuring, installing, and testing the solution, you'll be the go-to person for delivering a seamless experience that exceeds client expectations. You'll also oversee training, production switch-over, documentation, and reporting to ensure the solution runs smoothly and effectively.
**What do you need to take on this challenge?**:
- 3 years of experience performing the role of a Technical consultant
- Ideally come from a SaaS background
- A good understanding of Java Development
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements, which means you must hold a valid UK passport
- Willingness to spend up to a paid 4 weeks initial training abroad
