Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs - Perform general repairs on equipment, furniture, and fixtures - Inspect and troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems, electrical circuits, and HVAC systems - Install and repair doors, windows, locks, and other hardware - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment Requirements: - Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role - Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
