Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Install and repair fixtures, equipment, and appliances
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems, lighting, and other building systems
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of our facilities

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including ground works, cleaning, maintenance and the general upkeep of the facility.

Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Driving Licence is essential
