**The Role**:
Our Grocery & Retail channel is continually expanding & we’re looking for a motivated National Account Executive to join the team and help support this growth. You will fully manage your own key accounts, whilst also supporting the Senior NAM in delivering the overall channel strategy and objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with the aspiration to become a National Account Manager in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day account management of your own key accounts
- Managing budgets and creating new opportunities to grow sales and profitability
- Working with category and insights team to prepare sales pitches for customers
- Focus on winning share from competitors by increasing range and distributions in accounts
- Updating stock forecasts to reflect sales demand, promo uplifts and NPD launches
- Creating and optimising promotional plans through performance analysis
- Supporting the Senior NAM on some of the larger National Accounts

**The Person**:
We are looking for someone who thrives on achieving and possesses a natural can-do attitude. You are seeking an exciting opportunity to learn and develop further and are ready to take the next step in your career. Your ability to build relationships and work collaboratively allows for exceptional cross-functional working and will ensure you become the ‘go to’ supplier for your customers. Although experience in FMCG Sales is not essential, you will possess good commercial acumen and a determination to deliver ahead of sales targets.

**Experience**:
+ 2 Years experience within Sales or Account Management

+ Evidence of building strong relationships with customers or clients

+ An effective communicator in both verbal and written forms

+ Well organised and able to plan and prioritise effectively.

+ Commercially astute and able to identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability

+ Analytical and comfortable working with sales and EPOS data, excel and PowerPoint

+ Experience working within FMCG (Desirable)

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
