We are a 70 place independently owned setting, based on half an acre of land. We are open 51 weeks of the year from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We have three rooms and have recently undergone a £500,000 development. In November 2021 we were graded Outstanding by OFSTED. We would love for you to join our growing team of 25 practitioners and management staff.

We are looking for experienced Level 3 pre-school room practitioners either with or without pre-school room supervisor experience. Your role will be to lead a team of around 5-6 practitioners on any one given day and ensure the care for children is outstanding and the monthly nursery curriculum is delivered in an age appropriate way. The room supervisor will be in charge of holding monthly meetings and relaying feedback to the the line managers. The room leader should be out of ratio at least 20% of the hours they work to ensure all managerial responsibilities are completed in an effective manner.

Little Lodge Nursery is a 51 week setting open from 7.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. We have a team of approximately 30 staff and are looking to grow the number of sites we have over the next 5 years. If you have aspirations to move up to be a third in charge or deputy this is a great stepping stone for your career progression.
