You will be providing nursing care to terminally ill patients, and support for their carers, enabling the patient to stay at home where possible and desirable.

As a Nursing Assistant you will work under indirect supervision of a Hospice at Home registered nurse at all times. The care you give to patients will be compassionate, caring and high quality. You will recognise your abilities and limitations of your competence and only carry out those tasks for which you are trained. As a Nursing Assistant you will honour your work commitments, be reliable, flexible, and trustworthy and uphold the values and beliefs of the Trust and the Skills for Health Code of Conduct.
