**About the Role**

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Employability Tutor working across our Greater Manchester services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals by enhancing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours through the delivery of high-quality employability programs.

Through continuous assessment of learner progression and attendance, you will ensure that the training remains responsive and tailored to their evolving needs. Administrative support will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, providing efficient assistance and undertaking regular reviews with learners to offer appropriate levels of Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG), presenting opportunities for progression, and coordinating referrals. Using your expertise, you will develop, deliver, and review comprehensive course content, accompanied by well-structured lesson plans.

Supporting learner progression towards qualifications, placement opportunities, and employment prospects will be a rewarding aspect of your position.

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to engage effectively with learners, colleagues, and external partners. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is essential in this role, ensuring a supportive learning environment for our learners.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
