If you have worked in an Estate Agency within administration and looking for more responsibility, this could be the right opportunity for you.

We are seeking a Lettings Coordinator to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing the rental process for properties, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. With training there is the opportunity to progress to Property Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertise available properties through various channels, including online platforms and print media.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings for potential tenants.
- Prepare and negotiate lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, viewings, and lease agreements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with property owners to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the rental process.
- Assist with property inspections and move-in/move-out procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working within Estate Agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and landlords.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to rental properties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
