**Finance Assistant - Billing**

We are seeking a Finance Process Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. While primarily focused on billing, this role offers exposure to various finance functions such as Credit Control, Cashiering, Accounts Payable, and Transformation. As we undergo significant change to enhance our service delivery, we seek adaptable individuals who can seamlessly transition between roles and drive innovation.

**Main Duties**:

- Collaborate with lawyers to prepare and send bills to clients efficiently and accurately.
- Generate diverse invoice types promptly, including standard bills, e-bills, composite bills, and multi-payor bills.
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Take ownership of queries, monitor inboxes, and provide timely resolutions.
- Continuously seek process improvement opportunities and leverage technology for automation.
- Provide support to Credit Control, Cashiering, and Accounts Payable teams as needed.
- Adapt duties as priorities evolve within the team.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to perform transactional tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Proactive in transforming tasks through simplification and automation.
- Effective communicator with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders.

- Previous experience in law firms or professional services.
- Familiarity with high-volume or shared services environments.
- Knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules.
- Data literacy skills.
