Fine jewellery retail store in Hatton Garden require a sales assistant. Weekend availability is required. Your experience in retail (particularly jewellery/diamonds) is essential.

**Job role involves approaching potential clients, offering advice, helping hesitant customers make a decision, closing sales, preventing store thefts, and reporting to upper management**.

What Is a Jewelry Salesperson? A jewelry salesperson **helps customers find the perfect diamond ring, bracelet, earrings, or another piece of jewelry for any occasion**. In this job, it's your responsibility to sell jewelry, maintain the store, and answer customers' questions as they browse or buy jewelry.
- Supporting the store team in maintaining a caring and supportive working environment
- Be responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the brand in-store
- Drive a high conversion of sales in a professional and positive manner
- Take ownership for customer experiences and representation of the brand values
- Ensure you have sound product knowledge of the whole collection
- Excellent communication with the Management regarding customers feedback on product and services
- Go the extra mile to meet monthly targets through upselling techniques
- Monitor shelf inventory and unload new products when needed, as well as cleaning the store when required
- Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients, encouraging repeat business
- working hours 10:00am till 5:30/6pm

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
