Ross Promotional Products Ltd is a small family business, based in Glasgow city centre, established in 1984. They provide branded goods, workwear, promotional items and corporate gifts for public and private sector clients.

As the Operations Apprentice, you will be providing clients with the highest
standards of customer service through supporting and assisting various departments. You will be
building your own knowledge of business processes, gaining invaluable experience and skills by working with production, sales and finance teams in a busy and varied environment.
**Salary**: £13,000 per annum starting salary (the salary will be reviewed on completion of your apprenticeship).
**Working Hours**:35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with a
1 hour lunch break)

**Responsibilities**
This is an office based role, with hands-on activities like fulfilment and receiving deliveries as and when required.
- Using in-house Customer Relationship Management software (Promoserve) and Microsoft Office 365 packages
- Contacting suppliers for prices and progress of orders
- Organising deliveries out
- Receiving deliveries in
- Sample ordering and filing
- Catalogue filing and general office tidying
- Stock picking and fulfilment
- Entering and filing purchase invoices
- Reconciling and filing supplier statements
- Assisting with marketing ideas & campaign suggestions
